Our service staff receives training from manufacturer as well as in-house training to insure they are up to date and current on the latest technology. We will provide you with quality service for equipment during certain repair procedures to keep you operational.

 

 

Routine Inspection & Maintenance:

 

Manufacturer Certified engineers make regularly/scheduled visits to your facility to maintain equipment, upgrade software and replace parts as needed to prevent interruptions in service.

 

Installation: Our service team members ensure the system installed properly as per manufacturers guideline. Installation services include site assessment, installation review and equipment coordination.

 

 

 

Annual Maintenance:

 

Our service agreements offer the flexibility you require to protect your investment and maximize system performance.

 

  • 24/7 on call service

  • Monthly /Quarterly/Half yearly Routine Service as per AMC

  • Onsite Application training for installed equipments

  • Spare Supports for supplied Equipments

 

Our Service Center is only handling our supplied equipment.

 

 

 

Customer Training:

 

Customer training includes Ophthalmologists as well as in-house technical staff make the best of their new equipments. Training programs are conducted by manufacturer certified applications specialists and service engineers.
